Hello and welcome to My Calgary Real Estate Blog. 

My name is Lina Horner and I am a realtor with RE/MAX House of Real Estate and creator of Smart Calgary Homes (www.smartcalgaryhomes.com) in Calgary.  I have been in the real estate industry since 2002 and have experience in lending, investing as well as being a realtor.  I have lived in Calgary for over 13 years and watched the city grow and take shape as one of Canada’s leading cities.  Being a realtor in Calgary requires both passion and drive as Calgary’s home buyers are some of the savviest in the country.  Buying a home for the majority of Canadians will be their number one wealth yielding investment and it is my job to ensure that they are making informed choices when it comes to that investment.

I also enjoy the conversation that comes with being a realtor people are always interested in real estate markets.  I am happy to be able to bring some insight and listen to others observations into this diverse and ever changing market.
